I was relentless in trying to improve patients' access to critical medical care + create a memorable customer experience for our affiliates - hospitals + physicians + fire departments + EMS systems + communication centers + air medical + ground ambulance providers + state regulatory agencies + city officials. Trusting my faith, I knew my wisdom could be used to serve even better, so I established this consulting firm to assist + support + encourage those on a mission to improve the lives of their patients + their patient-centric practices.

Results are the byproduct of my ability to define when air medical + ground transport should be utilized + appropriate destinations. Health systems have been able to leverage outreach marketing + shift referrals + transfer patterns to keep patients in-network with my adeptness.
